Thank you for your interest in becoming a foster for Friends of Marshall Animals. You can choose what type of animal you foster, from large and small dogs to kittens, nursing mothers, and adult cats. FOMA provides all veterinary care and covers vet care costs. The only thing foster families need to provide is a loving and nurturing environment for their foster pets.

In consideration of Friends of Marshall Animals (FOMA) accepting my application for participation in their foster program, I agree to release and hold harmless FOMA from and against any and all loss, damage, claims, liability, costs, and expenses of any nature whatsoever, including without limitation attorneys fees and disbursements, arising from or occasioned by my participation in FOMA programs. I understand there are certain risks inherent in handling animals and I accept those risks. I understand if an accident or injury should occur, no matter how minor, that I will notify FOMA officer immediately and seek any medical attention utilizing my own medical insurance.
I understand that any shelter pets I foster for FOMA are the property of the City of Marshall. All adoptions must go through the foster/adoption coordinator or a board member of FOMA. Adopting out a shelter pet without the approval of the foster/adoption coordinator or a FOMA board member constitutes theft in all 50 states and will be reported to local, state, or federal law enforcement agencies.
I agree that FOMA may photograph my participation in this program, and I hereby release any such photographs to FOMA for use in its programs, publications, and purposes.
